For your convenience, we have included a generation and model variant breakdown of all Used BT-50 Bakkies Sold in South Africa below:

Current 2nd Generation Mazda BT-50
2011 – Current

First revealed at the Australian Motor Show late in 2010, the current Mazda BT-50 has taken many of the Ford learnings which went into the design of the Ranger to build a bakkie that is robust, stylish and economical to own. There have subsequently been two facelifts given to the 2nd generation BT-50, with the first being introduced with the 2016 Mazda BT-50 year model and the second with the 2018 Mazda BT-50 year model. Although the changes were mostly cosmetic and the engine options have remained the same, the last facelift also included a few comfort and convenience features updates which saw the introduction of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support.

Model variants which are sold in South Africa include all of the following:

  • BT-50 Double Cab 2.2L 6-speed Manual Transmission 4X2 SLX
  • BT-50 Double Cab 2.2L 6-speed Manual Transmission 4X2 SLE
